 The Nike and Doernbecher Freestyle event has raised more than $29 million for OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital since 2003 to protect the health of children in Oregon, southwest Washington and beyond. Since 2004, Nike and OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital join together to give young patients the ultimate opportunity: design a Nike shoe from the ground up. The program has raised nearly $24 million dollars for Doernbecher, the profits benefiting the hospital. Here are the kids who powered this year’s designs. The Doernbecher Freestyle 2019 Collection will be available on nike.com and at select Nike retail and partner stores on December 7.
