One Way Nike Helps Cultivate Kids’ Relationship with Movement

Image
As athletes, our relationship with movement is as vital as the breath we take. Training, exercise — it all boils down to how we perceive movement. At Nike, we know that kids are Made to Play, but are they made to train? The short answer is yes. A natural evolution from providing individuals and families with the digital resources they need to stay active indoors via NTC Premium (a U.S. subscription-based service, now accessible at no charge, that includes studio-style streaming workouts, progressive training programs and expert tips from elite Nike Master Trainers), Nike has now expanded its collection of training resources with six new workouts for families of young athletes. The programming collection furthers the company’s aim to help children cultivate a healthy relationship with moveme...

Helping to Make Sport a Daily Habit

Image
Nike Master Trainer Kirsty Godso leads several of the workouts within the Nike Training Club app. Optimism and courage are two of the characteristics that define the world of sport. At Nike, we continue to be inspired by the ways people make sport a daily habit, even in the most challenging of times. To help encourage that further, programming from NTC Premium, a subscription-based service available in the U.S. that includes studio-style streaming workouts, progressive training programs (including bodyweight-only) and expert tips from our elite Nike Master Trainers, is now accessible at no charge. To support all athletes wherever they are, Nike provides multiple formats of workout classes, coaching, motivation, nutrition guidance and training tips via our digital ecosystem — the Nike App, the Nike Running Club app (NRC), the Nike Training Club app (NTC), our social channels, nike.com and our award winning podcast, TRAINED.
