Nike Space Hippie Collection (01, 02, 03): Review & On-Feet

These shoes are trash! The Nike Space Hippie Collection dropped in North America yesterday, and I managed to grab three of the four pairs for an in-depth review of them! Utilizing recycled materials like plastic water bottles, old t-shirts scraps and grinded rubber from old Nike shoes, these are an amazing display by Nike of creating something that not only looks dope, but functions well, out of leftover waste materials. Nike Mercurial TN

July 24, 2019 - Pulling stylistic elements from both the new Nike Mercurial and the Nike Air Max Plus, the Nike Mercurial TN is all about combining street and speed. Inspired by the Fall 2019 Mercurial Boot, the capsule features four new colorways. Two OG models highlight the group, and are most heavily influenced by the iconic boot via its the use of oversized Swoosh and an iridescent checkered graphic that nods to traditional football kits. Additionally, two pairs of the TN Ultra carry a subtle repeat checkerboard pattern and lower profile midsole. A Nike Kids version takes the Mercurial pattern on the heel and a triple black base.
